The Board desires to honor all ideas and wants this proposal system to help support ideas that will serve our community.

Additional Information:

All new ideas will be considered and in order for the item to be on the next Board of Trustees Agenda for discussion/consideration, all of the above, completed information must be received no later than 3 weeks prior to the next regularly scheduled Board of Trustees meeting.

If the new idea information is received after that time period – it will be scheduled during the next regular Board of Trustees meeting.

If funding is requested by Unity of Fort Lauderdale, it will be important to e-mail the office (info@unityfortlauderdale.org) with a proposed budget (income and expense information) before final approval. Additional forms may be required/requested.
